Please have your Medicare card and Drivers Licence/Passport ready for staff to speed things along.
Please stay in your car and wear a face mask at all times unless instructed otherwise by staff on site.

However we are unable to provide a certificate for your test, those being tested will only receive a text message with results.
We cannot test individuals that require pre-travel testing. You will need to speak to your GP regarding pre-travel testing.
Yes. However, people under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian to receive a COVID-19 swab. The guardian must be present during the entire testing process.
It may take a few days for you to receive your test results to be returned. Both negative and positive results will be sent via SMS. While you are waiting for your results, you need to isolate yourself at home until you are advised of the results.
You should not leave your house except to seek medical attention and you should stay in a different room to other people as much as possible.
Use a separate bathroom if available Wear a surgical face mask when you are in the same room as another person and when seeking medical care.
Do not go to work, school, university, or attend public places or events. Do not use public transport or taxi services
If you have difficulties getting food or necessities, call 1800 675 398 for support.
You can stop self-isolating after receiving a negative result. You should continue to monitor your health for up to 14 days after your test. Report any new or returning symptoms to your doctor during this period. You may be required to be tested again. You do not require medical clearance to return to work, university or school.
If you were in self-isolation at the time you developed symptoms, for example because you have been in contact with a confirmed case or have returned from overseas travel, you will need to continue the isolation until the 14 days since last contact with the confirmed case or your arrival in Australia.
A Public Health Officer will contact you to find out more information from you and provide you with further information. You must remain at home or accommodation until further tests are completed and you have become well.

When you attend the clinic you provide a mobile phone number to receive your results. All negative test results will be sent via text once available. At the screening clinic, information will be provided to you once you are screened.
We cannot transfer you to speak with anyone in the hospital about results as this service is directly through the screening clinic. Refer to the advice you were provided after your swab.
If you have not received your test results within five days you can contact DHHS COVID-19 Test Results Hotline – Telephone: 1800 573 222, 8.00am – 8.00pm Monday to Friday. You must ensure you wait at least five days before calling this number.
SACC does not have a copy of your result and cannot provide you any details about the result over the phone.
